Terms of Usage
Last updated September 26, 2026

1. The service

Swanki is a flashcard app that uses spaced repetition to help you remember what you study. You can study decks from the Swanki Library or upload your own Anki (.apkg) decks. Swanki doesn't make cards; you can create them at swankicardsmaker.com, a separate service.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep your email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Your decks and progress

Your study progress, edits and the cards you add are private to your account. Only upload decks you have the right to use. If you choose to share a deck in the Swanki Library, you'll be asked to accept the Library license at that time.

4. Fair use

Don't upload unlawful or infringing content, try to access other people's data, or overload the service. We may remove content or accounts that break these terms.

5. Paid plans

If you buy a plan, its price and limits are shown in Settings before you pay, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.

6. No warranty

Swanki is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell you in the app about important changes; using Swanki after a change means you accept it.
